Indian Television Premiere of "Supergirl" on Zee Café on July 25

From the bat mobile to the Spidey web to the red cape, we have loved them and everything they stood for. Adding to this league of extraordinaire, a new superhero is arriving this July to storm your TV screens.

From the legacy of Superman, Zee Café brings to you a new DC comic Superhero – ‘Supergirl’ for the first time ever. Super speed, super strength, super friends and super villains, Supergirl promises you all this and more starting 25^thJuly, every Monday – Friday at 10 PM.

Winner of the “Most Exciting New Series” category at The Critics’ Choice Television Awards, Supergirl’s story revolves around a girl named Kara -Zor-El, now Kara Danvers (Supergirl) who was sent to Earth to protect her cousin, Kal-El (Clark Kent). Working as an assistant to media mogul, Cat Grant, Kara didn’t use her powers until an accident that endangered her adoptive sister, forced her to embrace the Hero she was meant to be.
