Online fashion brand American Swan ties up with India Post

American Swan, the leading international online fashion brand has made its range of fast-fashion more accessible to customers. It has tied up with India Post Delivery Service to offer a wider reach of its chic and stylish merchandise to over 20,000 PIN codes across the country.

India Post is the world’s largest postal service network. Due to its expansive serviceable area the last mile delivery to Tier II and Tier III cities has now received a major boost. Growing at 33 per cent, the e-commerce sector is expected to touch $76 billion by 2021 and the delivery/logistics constitutes approximately 12 per cent of this share. Fueled by the surging industry, the $50 billion Indian logistics sector saw a growth of about 80 per cent, making it the fifth-best performing major industry in India last year. India Post is set to tap into this market as e-commerce firms seek out more customers and expand into smaller cities.
