Good Glamm Group's Sukhleen Aneja to Depart in July; Organizational Restructure Announced

Sukhleen Aneja, the CEO of Good Brand Co. under The Good Glamm Group, is slated to depart the company in July after a tenure of over two and a half years, as per media reports. This departure marks another significant change in leadership within the direct-to-consumer goods company. Instead of appointing a new CEO, the group has announced that Ketan Bhatia and Ankita Bhardwaj, along with Darpan Sanghvi, the group founder and CEO, will take on leadership roles in overseeing the brand's operations. Aneja, who brings over two decades of experience from leading FMCG companies, including Reckitt and Hindustan Unilever Ltd, follows the earlier departure of Priyanka Gill, who joined Kalaari Capital.

Additionally, The Good Glamm Group has introduced a new organizational structure aimed at improving efficiency ahead of its anticipated public market debut in 2025. This restructuring includes key promotions for Manan Jain as group COO, Ashish Jadhav as group head of product, and Ajesh Narayanan as group design head. These changes come as part of the company's broader efforts to achieve profitability by FY25, which includes job cuts, reduced marketing expenses, and decreased discounting on its brands. Founded by Darpan Sanghvi, Priyanka Gill, and Naiyya Saggi, Good Glamm operates across various verticals, with Good Brands Co being the largest contributor to the group's business. This division encompasses direct-to-consumer brands such as MyGlamm, St Botanica, The Moms Co, Organic Harvest, and Sirona, with MyGlamm leading the sales charts.
