And Designs India Limited (ADIL) has appointed Ganesh Babu as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Monica Bhandari as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)

Ganesh Babu has more than 22 years of experience in business finance, across leading Indian and global multi-national companies, including with UNINOR (Telenor group - Norway), Bharti Airtel Limited, Tenneco Automotive, The Coca-Cola Company, TVS Srichakra Limited and Deloitte & Touche. He is also an ACA - Accounting and Finance (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and Institute of Chartered Accountants, in England and Wales.

As CFO at ADIL, his key focus is to align business strategy, with that of value driven commercial strategy, a process driven approach, robust risk management & compliances, and optimum utilisation of resources.

Monica Bhandari, brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience, to ADIL, which includes working 14 years at Bharti Airtel and Bharti Walmart. In her last assignment with Bharti Walmart, she partnered with Walmart International- China and Japan for their HR Process Reengineering and also has a distinction of being the Core Strategic team member of International HRIS & HR Optimization Program to carve out the” Walmart HR Way of Working for  2020”.

As the CHRO at ADIL, she has taken up the strong agenda of managing transformation of HR and Business processes as part of her role. Her focus areas is framing and driving People strategy for the business. These include strategic defining of policies and practices, talent development, succession planning & retention strategy and the employee value proposition.
